Join arts and cultural organisations big and small, as well as education representatives from primary to higher, who want to see youth leadership flourish within the sector.

With keynote presentations from organisations including Arts Council England, Creative & Cultural Skills, Youth Music and representatives from the Education sector, there will also be workshops and presentations from organisations including; Festival Bridge, The Mighty Creatives, Art 31, The Garage, Creative Arts East, Lincolnshire One Venues, funding surgeries by Youth Music, and more to be announced!

The conference will bring together those who contribute to the spectrum of youth leadership activities to initiate debate and discussion about:

Where We Are – what the current culture is and who are the key players

Where We’re Going – looking at key strategies and what policy changes are on the horizon and how we take advantage of them, what do we need to be aware of, can we help shape them

Where We Want To Be – can we work towards a shared vision of youth leadership that benefits more young people, what is fostering this and where are the barriers

Learning From The Best – practical workshops and presentations that support organisations to embed good youth leadership within their activities and organisations
